Our team gets to work. You receive regular progress updates and can reach us during business hours for questions or additional direction.
Delivery & Revisions
We deliver the completed work in agreed formats. 2 rounds of revisions are included. Files are archived for 36 months.
Follow-Up
After delivery, we remain available to answer questions and discuss next steps. We respond within 24 business hours.
About Auralis Associates
Founded in 2019 by Sarah Mitchell, Auralis Associates brings together a team of journalists, researchers, and media professionals in one 120 m² Ottawa office. We are a federally incorporated private company with no affiliations to any media organization, government body, or political party. Our independence is the foundation of our credibility - every piece of work we produce is free from external influence.
Our office at 287 Elgin Street, Suite 204 is a 10-minute walk south from Parliament Hill along Elgin Street. We meet with clients by appointment during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 EST). Read more about our team and values.

Yes. While our office is in Ottawa, we serve clients across Canada. Remote consultations and digital deliveries are available for most services. Travel costs for on-location work are quoted separately.
What file formats do you deliver?
Deliverables vary by service. Written reports are typically provided in PDF and DOCX formats. Video projects are delivered in broadcast-quality formats (ProRes, H.264). Specific formats are confirmed in your project proposal.
